岗位职责Overall responsibilities and duties: 1.To control Quality and improve process 客户、现场质量控制和过程改进 2.Keep good relationship with customer, ensure quality information transfer quickly and timely. 与客户保持密切联系,确保质量信息及时传递。 3.Assistant UAP Manager、SQA Manager resolving customer complaint using Faurecia QRCI process and complete all the actions accordingly. 协助UAP经理、SQA经理对客户投诉按照佛吉亚QRCI流程在规定的时间内完成各节点内容 4.Review and update Control Plan and ensure consistent with FEMA and on-site documents. 负责控制计划的更新和定期评审,确保与FEMA和现场控制文件一致 5.Audit the implemented improving actions in each process. 对现场落实的改进措施定期巡查 6.Ensure customer complaint and improving actions update into Faurecia QSS system. 确保客户投诉和改进行动及时更新到佛吉亚QSS系统 7.Participate in supplier audit process. 参与对供应商过程审核 8.Have responsibility for PPAP submit to customer. 负责与向客户提交PPAP有关的事宜 9.Manage the Quality Wall in customer site. 负责管理设立在客户处的质量墙 10.Coordinate customer audit and track the improvement actions. 客户审核的协调和后续改进的跟踪 11.Lead analysis following warranty returns in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost. 牵头分析售后退回件的分析和行动计划以增加顾客满意度并减少售后费用 任职资格: 1.At least 3 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial or at least 5 year in Quality Inspection or Shopfloor Management 3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验或5年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验 2.Problem solving method and skill 问题解决技巧(Nissan 8D)和方法 3.Familiar with IATF and Formel Q、APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA熟悉IATF 、Formel Q、8D、五大质量工具 4.Customer "requirements" in term of relationship/regular contacts (in customer plant), Q target, PPAP procedure, APQP reporting… 维护顾客关系--与顾客的常规联系, 质量目标, 顾客PPAP的程序, APQP报告等 5.With negotiation experience有谈判经验
