Specific Accountabilities 1. Planning: Warehouse storage planning for merchandise and packaging based on run rate & FIFO; Inventory ABC classifications and location planning; 2. Peak Events: Storage planning and execution for peak events; 3. Inventory Accuracy: Investigate of inventory discrepancy; Initiate, implement and monitoring of measures to achieve 100% inventory accuracy; 4. SOP & WI: Establish, regular updates and implementation of inventory related SOP & WI; 5. FIFO: Inventory FIFO management; 6. QH: Quality Hold management, communication with customer and execution; 7. PickFace: PickFace setup and replenishment management; 8. Cycle Count: Daily cycle count management & reporting; 9. CIP: Work with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement on storage utilization, inventory accuracy, replenishment efficiency; 10. Minimum 2 years of Inventory Management Experience in warehouses; 5. Minimum 1 year of People Management Experience; Warehouse Operator or Team Leader Management Experience preferred; 1. 学士学位； 2.
