Job Profile:
- Coach supervisor and team leaders
- Customer service task allocation
- Staffing planning based on history productivity
- Productivity management and improvement
- KPI evaluation and improvement action
- Submit contractor data to Logistics Manager
- Project management and implementation
- Review performance with onsite implant
- Guarantee timely dispatch of all reports
- Claim handling and resolution
- Lean and continuously improvement
- EHS and facility management
- Other tasks assigned by Site manager
Requirement:
- University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 5 years
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in contract logistics, 2 years in management
- Hands on experience in warehouse management
- Experience in international 3PL is a plus
- Able to structure, present and support a business plan and a budget
- Able to work under pressure
- Good people management skills to create a good team spirit
- Able to work collaboratively across business functions and geographies
- Customer focused, results-orientated, logical and analytical
