Job Responsibilities
1.Manage the complaince planning process for new products/ projects in NPD stage, create the basic quality criteria for new product, confirm and approve the golden sample and mass production of new product
2.Manage the in-process nonconformance and track the effectiveness of CAP, lead cross-functional team to continuously improve the quality performance
3.Ensure all live products on cusomter portals are kept up to date with the latest standards
4.Contact customers, throughs their portals and work with compliance and NPD teams to test products correctly and create compliance documents realted to the the product standards.
5.Have weekly calls with global sales teams to discuss new ranges and the required compliance documents neccesaary
6.Others necessary work for line manager
Qualifications：
1.Bachelor degree and above,majored in English or Electronics is better
2.Good spoken english level
3.Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities,good sense of ownership and teamwork spirit.
