工作职责:
01 Involve in new project launch, ensure delivery quality in project stage.
在质量项目阶段参与新项目启动,保证交付。
01 Identify the quality risk, make and implementation a quality plan to achieve quality target.
识别质量风险,制定和实施质量计划来达到质量目标。
01 Prepare OTS/PPAP documentation and quality related documents in required time limit.
在规定时间内准备OTS / PPAP文档和质量相关文件。
01 Solve all customer complaints and handle requirements from customers in required time limit.
在规定时间内解决所有客户投诉和处理来自客户的要求。
01 Get involve in product and process design and define the quality activity in processes to ensure the project launch smoothly.
牵扯到产品和过程设计和定义质量活动过程,确保项目顺利启动。
01 Support customer on site audit and be responsible for customer concerns in project stage
支持客户现场审核和负责客户项目阶段的客户关注点。
01 Prepare for sample production and implementation the process quality control.
准备样件生产和实施过程质量控制。
01 Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.
配合公司需要，随时承担公司委派的其他任务。
任职资格:
01 Bachelor degree or above with Mechanical/Material Engineering background
本科及以上学历，机械或相关工科背景
01 At least 5 years of quality related experience in Auto industry, familiar with IATF16949 system and passage car OEM specific requirements
5年以上汽车相关工作经验，熟练掌握IATF16949体系和OEM 特殊要求
01 Good logical analysis and systematic problem-resolving capability, familiar with 8D problem solving method
良好的逻辑分析及系统的问题解决能力,掌握8D问题解决方法和客户沟通技巧
01 Good team work spirit, can work under pressure

01 Target oriented with excellent bi-lingual language and communication skills
