Job Description:
1, Overall Customer Interface for Technical Operations Management.
- Lead on Assembly process development and NPI issue improvement which includes but not limited to Process flow, DOEs, Equipment & Fixture BOM/CT/UPH/Layout/Buyoff, MIL (Main Issue List), FACA.
- Responsible for Cross functional integration of Data analysis, MIL, FACA review.
2, Responsible for PFMEA (Process failure Modes & Effect Analysis)
3, EnF/Consumable BOM Management
4, DOE Tacking & Execution
5, Process Management
6, Responsible for Yield Improvement/UPH achievement and HC reduction.
