Manufacturing Solution Manager develops the best industry engineering operation in manufacturing unit, ensures continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to meet manufacturing unit targets, and completes projects on-time, within budget and meeting goals.
Responsibilities: 61Lead people by setting meaningful targets, by demonstrating hands-on attitude, by making fact-based decisions timely and by coaching subordinates to excel 61Manage and control Capex investment by collaboration with Global Manufacturing Solution Team 61Develop, manage, and execute the best solutions for industry engineering operation and strategy 61Lead team to develop factory processes, tools and competencies in harmonized way supporting KTI/OE/Global Manufacturing Strategy 61Lead team to ensure that IE and Process operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals 61Ensure implementation of projects for expanding and/or modifying the production lines 61Acquire the most appropriate equipment and process solution for productivity improvement 61Allocate the project work to the most advisable contractors with low cost 61Support New Product Introduction to factory from Design for Manufacturing perspective 61Responsible for factory CR implementation in terms of manufacturing solution 61Responsible for leading factory In-sourcing project with cross team
Competence & qualification requirement: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience from manufacturing engineering activities, participating and managing development projects in production environment 3. 5 + years of leadership experience, especially leadership of dispersed and diverse teams 4. Self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility 5. Proficient in LEAN Six sigma, Certified Six sigma belt is preferred 6. Familiar with Digitalization, IOT, SAP, MES or equivalent system 7. Strong project management skills, Certified PMP or certified Scrum Master is preferred 8. Fluent both in speaking and written English
