Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for receiving orders and arranging booking, transportation, cargo tracking and other matters;
2. Coordinate with carriers, brokers, transportation companies, customers, sales and overseas for related matters (including but not limited to the operation of the process involved in booking, truck, customs clearance, stuffing, cost, inspection, complaints, documents, tracking, etc.);
3. Familiar with document production, such as booking request, bill of lading and other related documents;
4. According to the terms of delivery and the requirements of carriers, tracking cargo status, contact with customers/overseas to arrange timely release of cargos, and follow up the cargo release status at the port of destination;
5. Familiar with the basics of the whole shipping line, able to independently complete the booking of the U.S. and Canada line, SI cut off, send AMS, pre-alert, etc.;
6. Expense settlement, confirm the expense and settlement matters with customers and carriers;
7. Organize and file documents and files;
8. Effectively deal with customer complaints, disputes and other related work assigned by superiors.
