61 Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow

61 Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the SOP

61 Track and trace Order Management files.

61 Use Workboard on daily basis to manage shipments
- 每天使用工作流程管理货运
61 Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction

61 Ensure documents are timely sent and arrival notice communicated to destination for Export shipments.
- 确保及时发送文件，并向出口货物的目的地发出到货通知。
61 Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
- 确保准确及时地向客户和供应商开具账单
61 Manage intercompany invoice payments (i.e. via AJAX report)
- 管理公司间发票付款（如通过 AJAX 报告）
61 Interact with our customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
- 客户互动，安排国际货运，满足客户服务标准。
61 Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (Carrier, trucking companies, and others).
- 与供应商（航空公司、卡车运输公司等）保持良好关系。
61 Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS), Audit requirements, external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements

61 Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.

61 Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

任职要求：
61 2 years of industry specific qualification (country specific)
61 Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.).
61 Fluent in English
61 Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
61 Pro-active, strong organizational skills
61 Self-reflecting and open to feedback
61 Initiative and ability to work in autonomy
-2 年以上的行业经验
- 良好的微软办公技能（Excel、Word 等）。
- 英语流利
