80 Responsible for establishing production inspection method and machine, Gage R&R analysis
建立产品的检验方法，检验设备和量具检验能力分析;
80 Responsible for on-site quality status and evaluate effectiveness of improvement

80 Continual quality system improvement.
持续不断地改进质量体系；
主要职责：
1.Prepare, review and sign the inspection working instructions and
inspection plans for production 准备, 审核并签署产品检验操作指导书和
检验计划.
2.Establish inspection capability per production plan 根据生产计划建立检
验能力.
3.Work with ME in Manufacturing Process Control and establish Control
Plan, inspection process and method 同制造工程师一起实施生产过程控
制并建立控制计划, 确定检验过程及方法.
4.Design and review inspection fixture drawing 设计并评审检验夹具图纸.
5.APQP Deployment for new product 新产品APQP 活动的开展.
6.CMM program create and check 三坐标程序的编制及审核.
7.On-site quality control, lead quality improvement project 现场质量状况管
理、控制、组织质量改进项目.
8.SPC deployment for KC. 关键特性SPC 控制.
9.Dispose the quality problems occurred during production in time,
coordinate RCCA process 及时处理生产过程中的产品质量问题，协调
RCCA 流程.
10. Communicate with customer about quality issue in time 及时与客户
沟通质量问题.
11.Follow-up for RCCA, RMRA, RAIL status and get result 跟踪RCCA、
RMRA、RAIL 状态并得到结果.
12. Gage R&R analysis and assist manufacturing engineers analyzing
process capability 量具检验能力分析并协助ME 进行产品过程能力分析.
13. Coaching inspector and operator how to inspect, responsible their skill
qualification review 辅导检验员和操作工检验方法，负责其技能取证评估.
14. Prepare FAIR/PPAP and source inspection 进行首件检验报告/产品和过
程批准的文件准备及发货检验.
15. Conduct quality performance analysis and prepare quality report 质量绩
效分析及准备质量报告.
16. Attend product, process, QMS audit 参与产品、过程、质量体系审核.
17. Comply with HSE regulation requirement 遵守和符合健康、安全和环保
法规要求
要求：
University degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
机械制造或航空专业，本科及以上文化程度
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
至少3 年类似岗位的工作经验。
Good knowledge in inspection and mechanical manufacturing
良好的检验和机械制造知识.
80 Familiar with mechanical principles,experience in assembly, machining process
熟悉机械制造原理，有装配、机加工方面的经验.
80 Knowledge of modern quality management and quality engineering technologies 现代质量管理知识及质量工程技术.
80 Grasp Auto CAD/ UG/Soliworks etc similar tool 掌握Auto CAD/UG/ Soliworks 等绘图软件
80 Good English skill in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
80 Good computer operating skill in MS officeenvironment. 良好的电脑操作能力，尤其是MS Office 应用。
80 Experience in quality improvement project through PFMEA, Control plan, MSA etc quality tools 有利用统计工具进行质量改进项
目的经验，比如PFMEA，CP，MSA 等.
