Job Responsibilities: 1) According to the company's project plan, carry out the research and development of new formulation products, be responsible for the small and pilot test of the formulation project, and deliver the research results on time. 2) Assist the production team for trouble shooting, and provide technical support for the factory, including product trial production support, process improvement, etc. 3) Cooperate with the marketing department to understand the market demand and provide the marketing department with relevant technical information of the project to support product promotion and sales. 4) Guide the daily work of the junior R&D personnel of the team. 5) Responsible for the recording of experimental data in the process of formulation research and development, the preparation, sorting, archiving of project data and the writing of technical data. 6) Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of laboratory site and equipment. 7) Comply with the company's regulations and laboratory safety requirements and participate in the laboratory HSE improvement plan and implementation. Qualifications: 61Master's degree or above, major in pesticide science, pharmacy, chemistry and other related majors, pesticide formulation research and development direction is preferred. 61 At least 8 years of experience in the research and development of pesticides or pharmaceutical formulations, familiar with the research and development of a variety of formulation types. 61Understand and master the testing of the product parameters of the formulation. 61Ability to analyze and solve problems independently. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, innovative, good at learning, innovative and full of team spirit. 61 Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 61Good English reading and writing skills, strong English listening and speaking skills are preferred.
