Summary
This
position is responsible for the quality inspection/review of blank materials
and stamped individual pieces in the cab press shop. According to job
requirements, complete product quality inspection/review and record/report
through visual inspection and tool assistance based on standards,
specifications, inspection checklists, etc. Actively participate in continuous
improvement, optimize existing workflow, and enhance efficiency.


Responsible
for inspecting blank materials and stamped parts
According to the specifications
and process requirements of the product, quality monitoring and sampling
inspection are carried out on the product. Through measuring instruments and
tooling inspection tools, the product size, appearance, surface and other
aspects are inspected to ensure that the product quality meets the
requirements, and timely and accurate records/reports are formed
Able to
accurately detect defects in stamped finished products and prevent the
production of large quantities of defective products
Support Quality Deviation
Handling activities, coordinate product tracking in case deviations reported.
Propose deviation judgement if needed
Train and mentor new Auditors
Maintain working area in a clean
and orderly condition in 5S way
Measurement equipment &checking
fixture devices operation, maintenance and status check
Performs other duties as required
within the Quality department and external to the Quality department as
assigned
Education and/or
Experience
College degree or above, with at
least one year of relevant work experience in Press shop or Body shop.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Relevant
working experience in Stamping workshop, familiar with Stamping workshop
equipment, process and products. High awareness of Quality
(especially customer orientation)
Capability to use test
specifications and checklists
Ability of Quality issue
analysis, familiar with PDCA, 5W1H, 8D etc. and able to use
Willing to learn about product
& processes knowledge, and deep learning about product
documentation/specifications
Basic Office Software skills,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

此岗位负责驾驶室冲压车间的板料以及冲压单件的质量检查/评审。按照岗位要求，依据标准、规范、检查清单等通过目视和工器具辅助完成产品质量的检查/评审并完成记录/报告。积极参与持续改善，优化现有的工作流程，提升效率。


负责对汽车内、外板板料以及冲压单件质量进行检验
根据产品的规范和过程要求，对产品进行质量监控和抽样检验，通过测量仪器和工装检具，对产品尺寸，外观，表面等方面进行检查，确保产品质量符合要求，并形成及时和准确的记录/报告
能够准确地发现冲压成品件存在的缺陷并防止大批量不良品产生
支持产品缺陷的处理活动，产品发生缺陷时协调跟进。必要时对产品缺陷判定提出建议
培训和辅导新的评审员
根据5S要求管理所属作业区域
测量设备、仪器和检具状态确认、维护和使用
完成本部门交办的其他工作


教育和经历
大专及以上学历、冲压或者焊装质量一年及以上相关工作经验


知识、技巧和能力
有冲压车间相关工作经验，熟悉冲压车间设备、工艺流程和产品，有高度的质量意识（顾客导向）
理解测试规范、检查要求，并能遵照执行
具备一定的质量问题分析能力，熟悉PDCA，5W1H，8D等问题分析工具并能实际运用
愿意学习产品和工艺知识，钻研产品文件/规范等
基本的办公软件技能，文档处理，电子表格及幻灯片、电子邮件等
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与不同部门人员进行有效沟通
