Responsible for the company’s admin support. Business Meetings/Events Arrangement: Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodation, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium scale events. Canteen, office supply, arrange seats and admin related activities coordination. Correspondence: Prepare tailored letters, emails and more complex reports and agendas and minutes of meetings for approval by a Board level executive. Support department activities arrangement and team building cost control. Support new employee onboarding. Other tasks assigned by manager. Education and/or Experience bachelor degree or above. more than 5 years’ experience as assistant, or admin. mgmt. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Service mind-set. Can-do mind-set. Solid skill in dealing with admin work. Good knowledge for Microsoft office. Good communication skill. Fluent English.
