As a Field Quality Engineer Mechanical Design, you are responsible for solving of field quality problems, customer complaints as well as supporting the field campaigns, including coordination of related technical departments as a key member of cross-functional team to find robust temporary and long-term technical solutions / countermeasures. Also implementing the Scania field quality standards and building up the local process in China as well as the needed capabilities in the team.

Knowledge of all mechanical parts & their functions incl. clear overview of all related customer complaints.
Communicate with responsible design departments the quality deviations on mechanical parts according to customers complains and ensure a quick problem solving with temporary and long-term solutions.
Prepare feedback of clear technical solutions and timeline to communicate it with our external customer.
Collaborate with the colleagues in Sweden to create the most optimum process in China for China.

Education and/or Experience教育和经历
Experience from field quality work in China.
At least 3 year’s work experience of similar tasks.
Experience within automotive industry. Commercial vehicle experience is a plus.
Experience with coordination / lead of cross-functional teams.
Understanding of how the work of the field quality department influences the customers experience of our products.
