The Workshop Engineer is a technical engineering role in CAB assembly engineering team, responsible for onsite technical support on represent of engineering team, ensuring the efficiency of processes and continuously improvement.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Lead EFR, coordinate ECO, digital working screen preparation
On site deviation support
Production support on behalf of Engineering
Be involved in new equipment introduction, new product introduction and equipment improvements
Provide 3D printed tools, support in fixtures design, installation and commissioning
Other relative tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor or above degree in engineering, major in machine manufacturing or related preferred.
1 years above working experience in automobile manufacturing or tier-1 supplier
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong learning and adaptability abilities
Good data analysis and file management skills
Workable English in speech and writing
Good communication and coordination skill
