As the HR professional and business partner, the HBP is highly engaged with business units to understand and satisfy the business and employee’s needs, to create a Can do culture and actively and pro-actively managing recruitment, employee engagement and resource management activities. To help our Company and HR department to achieve a high trust from the employee and community network. Support US and China hiring team to hire the target number of teachers and admins to meet the regional goals; Ensure teacher quality and hiring efficiency through the clear refinement and execution of the interview protocol and criteria; Monitor the proper processing of visa for the foreign teachers and support US visa team to ensure teachers’ timely arrival in China programs; Maintain teacher relationships through timely response to inquiries and questions and proactively build relationship with the current teachers to improve their satisfaction with the company; Assist in the implementation of human resources department training, activities to ensure that existing and new staff to meet the needs of business development.
