【Responsibilities / 职位描述】
1.Responsible for quality planning and tracking of motor/controller projects;
负责电机/控制器项目的质量策划和跟踪；

2.Responsible for data analysis of motor/controller project phases. Push production process improvement by data
负责电机/控制器项目各阶段的数据分析，改善，推动生产过程的改善；

3.Responsible for motor/controller project audit and issue tracking, trace the issues to close;
负责电机/控制器项目现场审核和问题跟踪完成；

4.Responsible for overseas/domestic customer cummunacation , tracking customer requirement and customer feedback, responsible for issue close.
负责海外/国内客户的对接，跟踪客户的质量反馈和质量投诉，推动问题关闭；

5.Cooperate with other departments to promote product improvement;
同其他部门合作，推动产品的改善；

6.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
上级交代的其他任务；

【Qualifications: / 岗位要求】
1.University Degree
本科学历
2.More than 5 years working experience of quality in motor industrymotor or automotive industry
5年以上电机行业或汽车行业质量工作经验

3.Familiar with quality tooling such as FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP.
熟悉质量5大工具

4. Good English ability
较好的英语能力（可适当放宽）

5. Good interpersonal, logic thinking(interact with customer, production, crossing function),pro-active, discipline and self-management with minimum guidance.
良好的人际关系，逻辑思维（与客户、生产、跨部门互动），积极主动，自律，自我管理。
