Job Responsibilities ? Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team) ? Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics. ? Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc. ? Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support ? Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory ? Customer Relationship Management – Account profile ? Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA
Competencies ? Time Management – Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end. ? Communication – Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic and Client Engagement Managers etc. Qualification and Experience ? College graduate ? Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Customer Service position (inclusive 3 years in the field of electronic industry is preferred) ? Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese ? Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ? Chinese Word Processing
