主要岗位职责：
o Manage Industrial Quality activities in relevant workshop (IQ + process + KPI).
o Perform DpU / External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with industrial cross function team
o Support the decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NOGO) & keeps NO GO Veto Right in any case
o Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework)
o Participate to Criticality Matrix analysis & contribute to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect & Analysis)
o Lead FAR & Participate to FMR / SMR
o Implement & Regularly update of Quality Control Plans during Pre & Serial manufacturing activities
o Ensure availability of Car History Book & Compliance of the manufactured products before shipping
o Manage Internal NCR: Support NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC)
o Participate in Customer Inspections
o Qualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-Inspection
o Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
o Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-up
o Perform or participate to inspections of products when required
o Work closely together with the operation to ensure that quality is built into the product from the start. Needs to act a coach to operations.
o Support Site Quality Manager in other critical assignments in coordinating and leading the quality activities.
o Prepare and perform customer FAI when requested.
o In charge of the tooling calibration and management.

任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Material science or Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years experience within manufacturing industry or in a Quality role or in a Project role; Min 3 years experience in Railway industry
- Must be able to understand technical documentation of the scope
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Quality professional background with knowledge of quality tools (PFMEA, control plan, QRQC, 8D, Quality Wall, etc.).
- Familiar with NDT knowledge, NDT qualification is the “plus”
