Major Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and optimize the existing process flow and material presentation;
2. Establish Work Instruction and Flow Chart;
3. Design the production tools and configure the production equipment accordingly;
4. Train workers to improve skills and knowledge;
5. Make the root cause analysis in case of assembly failure and advance proper solution;
6. Align work with engineering department to update the document/drawing based on new release versions;
7. Develop the working process with automation and lean philosophy;
8. Assist in making the production line layout.

Key Competencies:
1. Experience in developing facilities for assembly/production lines;
2. Good knowledge for mechanical machines and measurement tools;
3. Good understanding and experience of mechanical products, especially for the drive system, such as axle, transmission, and drive units
4. Good process design, implementation, and improvement skill;
5. Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Mistake-Proofing, and ergonomic;
6. Knowledge of automation and lean is preferred;
7. Skilled in production tools design and equipment configuration;
8. Well application of AutoCAD and Creo software;
9. Good English skills in writing;
10. Strong self-motivated and team spirit.
