职位描述
Job Overview
As the HR Manager, will lead the HR team to ensure HR strategies are closely aligned with business objectives and deliver comprehensive HR solutions and services.
You will oversee daily team operations, optimize working processes, and drive the implementation of HR initiatives, sparring and consulting of managers on their individual and organizational issues, ensuring end-to-end administration of HR tasks (e.g. benefits administration, performance management, reporting and compliance administration) for managers while enhancing the team’s capabilities to support business growth with direct reporting to GM
Main Responsibilities:
1.Company Culture, HR Policies & Procedures
Maintain company image and boost the company culture
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures according to organizational needs.
Train and interpret HR policies to the HR team.
2.Personnel Planning and Controlling
Determine demand and manage personnel planning and controlling for China.
Control quantitative and qualitative personnel planning, support budgeting.
Set up and maintain reporting and monitoring for key tasks and performance indicators.
3.Talent Management
Professionally manage talent review and advancement panels.
Identify and develop qualified, committed, and motivated talents.
Initiate talent development activities to support business needs.
4.Training and Development
Design and deliver training plans to meet developmental needs.
Support line managers in identifying training needs and implementing programs.
Ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
5.Recruiting/Staffing
Develop policies and frameworks for manpower planning.
Coordinate recruitment processes and support line managers.
Supervise job applications, interviews, and probation performance.
6.Performance Management
Manage the performance appraisal system and provide training.
Ensure smooth performance management processes and provide recommendations.
7.Compensation and Benefits
Assess local market conditions and salary review guidance.
Design competitive reward systems and maintain compliance with legislation.
Ensure personnel files are up-to-date and legally compliant.
8.Employee Relations
Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees and management.
Respond to employee relations issues and support managers in dispute cases.
9.HR Team Administration
Create and develop HR and admin team, regular team management and engagement

Education/Experience:
1.Minimum University degree in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2.Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.
3.Experience in a start-up environment is beneficial.

Qualifications/Skills:
1.Native Chinese, Excellent English proficiency is a MUST
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
3.Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
4.Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions.
5.Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring, and counseling skills.
6.Responsible, organized, and professional in handling confidential information.
7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8.Good time management and organizational skills.
9.Ability to work under stress, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
10.Self-motivated, independent, proactive and positive.
