Job Description: 1. Contact factories and be able to get all the details about order status, provide quotes and solutions to overseas agents, and secure orders. 2.Closely follow up orders, update cargo progress, communicate with customers and overseas agents and adjust solutions as needed. 3.Coordinate all shipment processes to ensure timely delivery. 4.Build up good Customer Relationships to get more cooperation. 5.Assist Sales in Satisfying Overseas Agents for more business chance. 6.Manage and training customer service team.
Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in the Overseas Customer Service role, USA Lane experience is preferred. 2. Good at communication, with the ability and willingness to constantly enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, paying attention to details, and having strong self-motivation.
