Job Description for Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Support sales team to identify work scope and execution strategy, prepare required documents for project bidding.

2. Develop project execution plan, project schedule, organize project kick off meeting and start driving for execution.

3. Leading project team members to execute and complete assigned project until close out, including the phase of project starting, designing, purchasing, fabrication, packing and delivery, technical support for site installation and system commissioning.

4. Organize and participate project related meetings, then share the information to project team members timely to make sure the project execution without incompliance.

5. Working as project design manager to review and lead to review critical drawings and design deliverables.

6. Coordination with customers, internal colleagues, vendors and other cooperation guys to make project execution on the right way of success.

7. As the first contact between Zeeco and customer to drive project executing smoothly, maintain good relationship with customers.

8. Responsible for project scope and change management, project cost, quality and schedule control to make them under target run.

9. Potential risks and problems analysis and take proper action to mitigate accordingly.

10. Project status and related reports update and report to management team by requirement.

11. Support project engineers to execute projects, share lessons learns to team members to improve team’s execution capability.

12. Coordinate with US engineers for local and global projects execution.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Engineering or mechanical or process.

2. More than 8-year experience in engineering role and project management role.

3. Certain experience of site construction is preferred.

4. Have related knowledge on project budget is preferred.

5. Must be capable of working in a team environment, demonstrating leadership and ownership to others.

6. Willingness to learn new technologies, take challenged tasks, could be work independently.

7. Good skills on communication.

8. Fluent written English and verbal communication skills mandatory.

9. Familiar with project and PPT software.
