Plan, Lead, and Execute All Operations of the Shanghai Branch Based on the Company's Development Strategy 1.1 Plan the development of the Shanghai regions, formulate annual business goals, and break them down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets. Ensure the executability of business goals and lead the team to achieve these goals (accrual basis and cash basis). 1.2 Optimize the organizational structure of the Shanghai branch, revise key job responsibilities, assessment plans, and work standards for key positions; continuously recruit and optimize staffing. 1.3 Manage branch expenses under the company's authorization based on the principles of "optimal operation, minimal costs." 1.4 Optimize branch functions and organizational structure based on the company's development strategy and business needs. 1.5 Participate in route price optimization, pricing, daily maintenance of route suppliers, and space coordination under the guidance of the company headquarters. 2. Communication, Coaching, and Empowerment 2.1 Provide information, interpersonal management, and upward and downward communication for branch employees; demonstrate the skills of a branch manager. 2.2 Reasonably manage the work status of team members, coordinate, and handle various emergencies. 2.3 Train, motivate, and coach the team to form a talent pipeline for the branch; effectively delegate tasks to team members. 2.4 Summarize and continuously improve the company's strengths and characteristics on American routes, providing route training and quotation guidance to the business development team and customer service team.
Personal Capabilities & Education ·Minimum 8 years of working experience in international freight forwarders. ·Minimum 4 years of management experience. ·CET 4 or above is a must. ·Strong sense of responsibility. ·Reliability, honesty, capability of leadership. ·Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics and supply chain. ·Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written). ·The operation background is a plus. ·Bachelor’s degree is a plus. ·Experience with Transpacific or Asia-Europe routes (North America, Latin America, or AE) is a plus.
