1. Daily communication and coordination with branches for operation via gateway 2. Reporting (ANR, space utilization, monthly report of volume/GP) 3. Escalation point for dispute regarding pricing, P/L share, product and etc 4. Monitoring local market fluctuation and sharing rate/space/service and other market updates with branches and air team 5. Sharing the responsibility of maintaining relationship with local airlines offices 6. Settle accounts with airlines/subcontractor/vendors 7. Perform other duties as needed and requested
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Monitor BSA fulfilment 2. Review consolidation timeliness 3. Analyze ANR after EQ or consolidation 4. Give training to team member when it is necessary
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Oral English capability, be able to communicate with foreigner 2. Skills good written English 3. Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office 4. Be able to tackle internal or external challenge 5. Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. College degree or above 2. Major in logistics/international trading is preferred 3. 3 years working experience in international airfreight industry
