What are your tasks? Development of cooperation with suppliers in the region of the branch (TO&GP, GPM). Branch Supplier Portfolio Management Increase in the number and quality of personnel in the branch Increasing the profitability of the branch, managing the budget of the branch Compliance control, protection of interests of a legal entity, a branch and the holding in general, iplementation of policies and strategies for holding Increasing competitiveness, capitalizing the company's brand in the region of the branch
Value generating tasks: Implementation of the business strategy for the development of the branch in the region Business performance management of a branch in the region Team management, team development Ensuring the safety of the activities of a legal entity, a branch and the holding as a whole Effective operational and process management Tactical and operational marketing Quality management of provided services
What professional and personal competences are in need? Work experience:10+ years of proven experience in international forwarding company on managerial position Languages: Fluent Russian and Chinese is must, English is preferred Financial management, planning and budgeting
Hard Skills: Business Administration Basic Strategic and Tactical Marketing Knowledge of the focus market logistics infrastructure and the region of the branch.
