DESCRIPTION：
· Develop processes to support new business models, including franchise partnerships.
· Collaborate with internal technology management team to support continuous process improvement within SAP, Business Intelligence, and other retail platforms.
· Coordinate with store operations team to maintain pricing and promotion calendar within ETP point of sale system.
· Create and maintain channel-level merchandise plans to meet/exceed financial budget.
· Budget and track inbound/outbound inventory plans, ensuring that all channels have the correct supply to meet and exceed their sales target.
· Drive strategy and decision making to maximize sales and product margin to influence the business.
· Partner cross-functionally with Allocation, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Sourcing to ensure inventory planning goals/objectives are achieved.
· Support weekly business review meeting with Store Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams to analyze sales performance and actions taken for improvement.






· Support Monthly LF (last Forecast) and MPC process to provide visibility to product strategy, inventory flow, and risk in supply chain.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
