Major Responsibilities: Supervising the restaurant service assuring the quality is up to standard (opening and closing tasks) FOH & BOH Implement the weekly general inventory report Implement the daily breakages report (FOH & BOH) Implement the daily broken/issue of Linen & Uniforms Responsible of the effective quality delivery of Laundry Linen & Uniform Responsible of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar request form Proper training and monitoring PT runners (Hygiene & Duties) Help to assists of wine orders, wine receiving, wine inventory EBS update at all times Assist to help in beverage & wine training cooperating to let the staff improving periodically Assist to help in food & service training cooperating to let the staff improving periodically Assist in daily cashing up Safety and cleanliness of sort of the restaurant, wine cellar and aging room
Overall Duties: Promote the restaurant and function services to potential customers Welcome customers, suggesting dishes according to their likes: up selling!! Communicate to the Manager regarding any problem about service. Find the solutions and be proactive. Meet, greet, and farewell customers at the restaurant Responsible of closing operations in order to leave the restaurant tidy and clean Make sure the high standard of customer service to match with the high standard of our reputation. Creating an harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant and report to the Manager in case of some problem helping to take an action Make sure that all the customers receive a good service from the beginning to the end, if not immediately solve the problem. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction Execute food, service, beverage & wine training activities, improving personal and staff knowledge
