Vendor Manager deals directly with our vast vendor base, strategically negotiating cost, coordinating quality issue, and driving on-time delivery, maintaining vendor relationship, directing vendors to meet the requirements of the company, helping vendors to solve problems. It requires excellent communication skills, the ability to find/solve problems, and risk evaluation. This role requires dynamic involvement with multiple cross-functional groups throughout our business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Directly manage vendors, coordinate to solve problems for better cooperation.
· 直接管理供应商，协调沟通解决问题，促使双方更好的合作。
· Negotiate cost with vendors.
· 与供应商协商产品价格。
· Drive on time delivery.
· 提高供应商准时出货率。
· Coordinate quality issue.
· 协调解决品质问题。
· Communicate with Head Quarter and field colleagues closely, understand vendor status, evaluate risks, and strive for overall vendor performance.
· 与美国总部以及区域同事密切沟通，掌握供应商现状，评估风险，促使供应商提高整体表现。
· 主管交付的其他事宜。
· Travel as needed.
· 不定期拜访供应商。
· Coordinate trip schedule, visit vendors, video vendor meetings with Head Quarter colleagues.
· 协助美国总部同事制定行程，陪同拜访供应商，不定期视频会议。
· Continuously drive projects to completion or targets met.
· 持续推动项目进展，直至项目结束或目标达成。
· Other duties assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
· 5-10yrs of related working experience, college degree or above.
· 5-10年相关工作经验，大学本科及以上学历。
· Excellent communication skills.
· 卓越的沟通能力。
· Familiar with export factory management.
· 了解外贸出口型工厂运作管理。
· Good at finding and solving problems.
· 善于发现问题、解决问题
· Team player, enjoy sharing, detail oriented, be organized.

· Good oral and written English skills.
· 英文口语及书面表达能力。
· Good data analysis ability, be familiar with Excel, PPT, etc.
