This position is responsible for delivering sales results of assigned customers, performing the functions that drive effective customer management through accurately processing quotations, sales orders and purchase orders; as well as maintains customer- supplier relationships by performing the required duties.
Responsibilities:
- Receive Requests for Quotes from customers and prepare/estimate quotes to be sent to the customer - Process purchase order and prepare order acknowledgement - Work closely with sales team with regard to any issue/concern to ensure we able to deliver quality service to customers in achieving total customer satisfaction - Ensure all customers/supplier transactions comply with Quality and Export requirements - Maintain and establish good relationships with customers and vendors
Key Issues / Problem Solving: Able to analyze customer issues and adopt appropriate measures to close issues through effective communication internally and externally Proactively respond customer request and complete quotations
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in International Business is preferred. CET 4, excellent written and spoken English
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of CSR or relevant experience Knowledge in aerospace materials or chemical material is preferred.
