Through correct planning ensure that the parts are ordered at the right time for DBI customers. Have the parts on stock to be delivered to customer on time. Order processing with focus on customer satisfaction and the highest level of service. Daily contact with customers, order confirmation, answering on questions, complains handling and notifying about order status and possible problems with delivery on time is a major task for Customer Service. Cooperation with other departments is inseparable part of work on this position. Information flow between Customer Service, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, Logistic and Planning Dep. is necessary for good service and pro-customer orientation.
Responsibilities: - Creating the Master Plan in China in cooperation with the planning department in Poland. - The interface between DBI and our Customers. - Prompt reaction to customer inquiries. - Collect customer rolling FCST & shipping plan. - Provide commitment in time. - Effective and efficient order processing, i.e., entering orders, updating schedules, checking stock level, etc. - Administrative Tasks: i.e., creating invoices, file documents, reports on KPI, and other administrative tasks if required. - If de-commit must provide the recovery plan based on inventory and lead time. - Follow up the shipping plan in coordinate with supply chain. - Support urgent customer requirement. - If necessary confirm the billing summary with customers. - Cooperation and support purchasing depratment in trading parts ordering and operations. - Handle and assist, and follow-up on claims received from customers. - Order entry and management in Microsoft Dynamics AX. - Follow IT policy and respect the DBI values and code of conduct. - Serve as back up in Customer Service and Logistics during times of vacation/absence. - Training new persons hired in Customer Service.
