1. 负责接听并转接来电,礼貌并有技巧地回绝推销电话;定期整理公司通讯录。 Responsible for answering and redirecting incoming calls, politely and skillfully declining sales calls; regularly updating the company directory.
2. 接待访客并做好相关纪录《访客登记表》。 Welcoming visitors and keeping relevant records using a "Visitor Registration Form".
3. 收发每天的信件、快递、做好快递发送记录,并及时统计各部门当月快递费用。 Handling daily mail and package delivery, maintaining records of outgoing packages, and promptly tracking monthly courier expenses for each department.
4. 国内外出差机票、火车票预订预定,并及时做费用报销。 Booking domestic and international travel tickets (flights, trains) for business trips and ensuring timely reimbursement of expenses.
5. 每日员工用餐统计、报餐、用餐投诉管理、用餐清单的制作、月度费用结算报销。 Daily staff meal statistics, meal reservations, management of meal complaints, preparation of meal lists, and monthly expense settlement and reimbursement.
6. 负责公司驾驶员和所有车辆的管理,以确保公司领导和各部门业务开展、经营活动的正常用车;建立所有运营车辆的单车档案,全程记录车辆的所有信息。 Managing company drivers and all vehicles to ensure smooth transportation for company leaders and various departmental operations; maintaining individual files for all operational vehicles, recording comprehensive information about each vehicle.
7. 文档管理:负责前台各类人事行政文档(包括但不限于考勤记录、劳务工合同、劳务工档案、车辆管理等)的分类、归档和管理,确保文档的安全、完整和可追溯性;定期对文档进行清理和维护,确保文档库的整洁和高效运行。 Document management: Categorizing, archiving, and managing various administrative documents (including but not limited to attendance records, labor contracts, labor files, vehicle management) at the front desk, ensuring document security, integrity, and traceability; regular cleaning and maintenance of documents to ensure the cleanliness and efficient operation of the document repository.
8. 招聘:协助人事经理完成蓝领劳务工的招聘工作,包括但不限于发布招聘职位,筛选人员,面试通知、招聘报表等工作。 Assisting the HR manager with the recruitment of blue-collar workers, including but not limited to posting job vacancies, screening candidates, sending interview notifications, preparing recruitment reports, etc.
9. 统计蓝领员工考勤、休假等员工日常管理事宜。 Tracking blue-collar employee attendance, leave, and other daily management matters.
10. 报告及报表:完成每月工作报告、会议纪要等。 Generating monthly work reports, meeting minutes, and other reports as required.
11. 行政内勤工作:办公用品采购与管理、行政人事费用的财务报销工作等。 Administrative support: Procurement and management of office supplies, financial reimbursement of administrative and personnel expenses, etc.
12. 保洁人员的日常工作管理,工作区域卫生的巡查,公司公共区域5S管理,保持整洁有序。 Supervising the daily work of cleaning staff, inspecting cleanliness in work areas, implementing 5S management in company public areas to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
13. 协助组织公司内部活动,提供必要的支持。 Assisting in organizing internal company activities and providing necessary support.
14. 完成上级安排的其他事务。 Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS 职位要求
Education/degree and experience 1. 人力资源、行政管理等相关专业大专及以上学历。 Minimum associate degree or above in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields. 2. 1年以上人事行政工作经验; At least 1 year of experience in HR and administrative work.
Skills/knowledge/abilities 知识与技能 1. 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备; Proficient in using office software and automation equipment. 2. 工作积极主动、细心、责任心强,具备较强的服务意识和应变能力。 Proactive, meticulous, and highly responsible with a strong service-oriented mindset and adaptability. 3. 具备良好的沟通、协调能力、团队合作精神,能承受一定的工作压力 Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with the ability to handle work pressure.
Language Skill 语言技能: 1. 能用英做作简单的交流及英文的书面报告及邮件。 Fluent in English, able to write daily English emails and reports.
