职位描述
Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of all Heidolph products and services within a defined territory, maintains effective customer and dealer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. What is more, he/she shall have the experience of establishing area sales team and daily management.
负责在指定区域内海道尔夫全线产品的销售及售后跟进工作,维护良好的客户及渠道关系,在现有基础上,开发新的市场增长机会,确保市场覆盖及渗透率,实现要求的销售及利润目标。同时,负责区域团队的建立和管理。

工作职责Position responsibilities:
Perform sales visits and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers, offer basic training and technical support, develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end-user within assigned territory;be able to manage and control projects independently;
在负责区域内开发和拓展客户资源,对区域内的所有客户及潜在客户进行销售拜访,提供基础的培训和技术支持,并与客户及采购部门维持良好的关系;能够管理并控制销售项目;
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to expand sales performance within assigned territory,join in related marketing events such as exhibition, lobby show, etc.; Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives;
在负责区域内制定和执行相应的销售及市场推广计划,积极参与区域市场活动,实现销售目标的拓展;管理和维护销售线索,以实现或超过销售目标;
Introduces new products and services, and keep informed of new products,services and other necessary information to customers;
在负责区域内向客户推广新产品及服务,并确保客户及时了解相关必要信息;
Cooperate with dealers within assigned territory,responsible for all trainings, marketing events and business support, as well as inventory management; Implement interregional project management and coordination according to Heidolph China channel policy;
在负责区域内与代理商进行充分的沟通合作,负责相关培训、市场活动及销售支持工作,做好库存管控,并依据Heidolph中国分公司的渠道政策进行区域内和区域间的项目沟通和协调工作;
Utilize available resources and cooperate effectively with cross-functional internal resources and external partners;
***化利用所有资源,并与内部各职能部门及外部各种合作伙伴维持良好及有效的合作关系;
Report on regular basis to supervisor, and communicate with any customer & partner issues or potential problems, maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of territory, perform other tasks assigned by manager.
定期向主管汇报,沟通相关客户及合作伙伴的任何问题或潜在问题,保持准确的报告、记录和文件,以便对区域进行适当的管理,完成领导分配的其他任务;
Follow up contract progress;
跟进销售合同及相关事宜;
Research competitor and industry activity, keep an eye on market trend;
密切关注市场动态,了解竞争对手信息及行业动态;
Positively represent Heidolph at all times throughout customer and agent locations;
在任何时候,包括在客户处及经销商处,积极代表Heidolph处理相关事宜
Establish regional sales team and do the effective management to achieve the marketing coverage and sales targets
建立区域销售团队,并进行有效的管理,以完成市场覆盖及销售目标。

职位要求Position qualifications:
Bachelor’s or above degree, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biology background or equivalent work experience preferred;
或以上学历,化学、制药、生物或相关背景者优先;
5+ years of sales experience with the research laboratory industry products, preferably with lab experience;
5年及以上实验室仪器行业销售经验,有研究实验室工作经验者优先;
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills;
较强的人际关系、口头和书面沟通和表达能力;
Strong anti-pressure and self-motivation ability;
具有较强的抗压能力及自我激励能力;
Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet;
熟练使用office 办公软件及互联网相关应用;
Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed;
必须具备良好的组织能力,能够同时处理多项任务,并能按时完成指定任务;
Be able and willing to travel to customer locations;
能够并愿意出差到不同的客户所在地;
Excellent management sales skills and data analysis capability
出色的销售管理能力及数据分析能力;
Fluent English;
熟练的英语表达能力;
Experience in office establishment and team management is preferred.
有部门创建和团队管理经验者优先。
