岗位职责:
- Inspire and motivate learners (mainly focus on sales force) as they can apply acquired skills and knowledge to our customers ·
- Deliver training programs (Sales trainings, general skill trainings) with passion, and facilitate the attendees to be able to take action in daily job. ·
- Plan and develop practical programs to strengthen Sales capability based on company direction and requirements with an appropriate mix of development activities (classroom, mobile/e- learning, assignments, etc) with Sales Training Manager
- Evaluate & report the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes through the fact-based analysis
- Regularly review and modify training objectives, methods and course deliverables based on the training needs and market situation with Sales Training Manager.
- Support the activities related with HR/LDC initiatives by participation in the company or department projects.
- Develop training plan for soft skill and functional skill to support the employee Learning Continuum
Coordinate training requirements and training implementation status
Insure and enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and capability of training management system and e-based learning platform
必备条件:
- University graduate or above
- 5 years’ related working experience
- Preferred at least 3 years’ Direct Sales experience and has experience to lead team or project
- Good communication skill & presentation skill with logical thinking
- Team oriented, initiative and self-motivated, willing to learn and catch up with new change
- Basic knowledge of problem solving
