Responsibilities 1. Provide administrative support to the functional department (s) as required, such as: - business trip arrangement - visa application - preparation for staff on-boarding and off-boarding - leave record update - arrangement on company car usage 2. Maintain and facilitate communications including mail, phone, faxes, and literature distribution within the department (s) 3. Support other company activities, i.e. trade show, seminar, training workshops & external visitors / guests/Outing, annual dinner 4. Update Schedule Map and MFG/Pro Set up department meetings, workshops, organize recreational activities for department 5. Distributor order handling with BB and WB customer 6. Warranty parts apply in system (PTR) 7. Any other businesses or job duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. Minimum 1 year work experience in a secretarial or office admin role 3. Extensive customer contact experience 4. Word processing skills; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 5. Good problem-solving skills
