PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: 1. Feasibility study with supplier and detect risk. 2. APQP tracking according to AIAG or Customer Specification. 3. OTS review and approval. 4. R@R audit at supplier side. 6. PPAP review and PSW / ISIR release. 7. Tracking EPC status after SOP. SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: 1. Perform VDA6.3 annual audit or Customer Specification(GS) . 2. Perform VDA6.3 P1 for potential supplier audit. 3. Lead problem solving about supplier issue, also support cost reimbursement due to complaint. 4. Lead supplier escalation and process improvement. 5. Support to face customer and Int./Ext audit. 6. For directed-buy supplier, lead task force team if issue found. and report to customer. QUALIFICATION: 1. Automotive background SQE experience more than 5 years. It's better that have experience for working with customer SQE to manage Directed-buy supplier. 2. Commodity: Good experience in Assembly Parts(Chassis) or Forging and Casting (Better for Die-Casting, Investment Casting), KTL, Machining, Rubber & Plastic. 3. IATF16949:2016 training certification is better. 4. Familiar with: APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/ Quality tools(Problem Solving / 7 tools) 5. VDA6.3 trained certification is needed, it's better that have VDA6.3 auditor card. 6. English skill is mandatory, Good communication skill and pressure management. High problem solving skills. 7. Excellent learning capability for new product / process.
