Description: 1.The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the secrecy and security of manufacturing and production activities. 2.This position is based in China and may require travel within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. 3.The individual will work with third-party supplier security staff and other supplier security managers. Position reports to Manager, Supplier Security. Responsibilities include: 1.Daily assessment and evaluation of supplier security practices. 2.Work with supplier security manager(s) to correct deficiencies and gaps. Supply chain security development and process enhancements. 3.Track progress on corrective actions. 4.Daily reporting of findings and actions to Global Security. 5.Build and ramp readiness analysis of security controls and scalability. Support investigations activities. Education & Experience: CPP, PSP, CIS Requirements: 1.Experience in enterprise or factory workflow audit, capable to identify loopholes within the management of production, materials & storage. 2.Familiar with the data and IT system like ERP, which means the candidate(s) will not be responsible of direct data operation/execution but have throughout perspective of where and how the data come from, to avoid undetected fraudulent incidents. 3.Fluent English 4.Compliance related experience in manufacturing industry or Big-Four auditors with exposure to manufacturing/security related areas. 5.Ideally working experience is around 5-10 years but it is not a prerequisite. 6.Good at milestone driving and program management 7.Sophisticated at communication and especially good at constructive confrontation 8.Operation experience as value added if background is security related.
