THE ROLE HRM will be responsible for the talent development, succession planning, and talent engagement of the China region. Primary Responsibilities: ? Build a Talent pipeline with both internal and external candidates with robust succession plans for Management positions (Corporate and Retail) within China region ? Provide recruitment support for China Corporate positions ? Support the development and implementation of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts ? Support the business on employee engagement-related topics (team meetings, engagement workshops, team buildings etc.) ? Act as a key contributor for local or global HR projects and initiatives ? Act as a consultant on all HR-related topics to the managers and employees of the support area, e.g. HC planning, team structure, performance management, etc. ? Facilitate annual salary round and promotions/ salary adjustment process for the China Corporate team with the company policies and process ? Support execution of global HR functional initiatives in the supported area ? Work closely with local HR Director and local leaders to understand business needs and translate business priorities into HR initiatives ? Drive change management plans and execution of new Org Design set up ? Prepare HR reports on regular basis, monitor dashboards and analytic trends SKILLS ? 5-7 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, and/or Talent Management ? Experience in fashion, luxury, and/or retail industry a plus ? Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, develop new ideas and think through creative solutions ?
