Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for daily administrative operations, including office building maintenance & cleaning, office supply, transportation, canteen, etc. 2. Provide general admin support, e.g. travel documents, air-tickets, name card, contact list and etc. 3. Plan and manage the administrative cost to meet the business needs and maximize the cost effectiveness 4. Support the activities and events HR arranged 5. Make necessary filing ensuring all admin documents are in good order. 6. Manage admin team including receptionist work guiding, cleaner and shuttle bus driver 7. Take care of SH office moving project and furniture inventory 8. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager. 9. Good vendor management and ensure all the cost within budget. 10. Back up for reception when necessary.
Qualifications: 1, College or University diploma; 2, Minimum 2-year relevant working experience preferably in a Foreign Invested Company; 3, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software; 4, Good command of English in both spoken and written; 5, Specific expertise in office moving project is plus.
