Job Responsibilities工作职责：
- Handle sales order handle process;
处理销售订单
- CSC order process owner and drive continuous improvement;
持续改进订单处理流程
- Customer Service capability owner and drive customer satisfaction;
客服能力，提高客户满意度
- Be a key player in order process and improvement;
在订单处理过程中成为重要的一员，并不断提高
- Work with Planner team, logistics team for order delivery within customer require;
计划及物流团队进行协助，满足客户订单的交付
- Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSC service;
紧密配合销售团队通过优质服务实现顾客满意
- Support other business activities as required.
在必要的时候协助其他的业务活动


Requirements要求：
- College degree or above
大学或以上学历
- Customer service experience highly preferred and well understand the domestic business model and few of international trade knowledge as well
良好的客户服务经验，同时了解国内业务模式和国际贸易知识
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to link different departments and deliver the result
良好的跨部门人际关系及沟通技巧，能及时进行各类信息的沟通
-Proactive and be able to work under pressure
工作积极主动，能够承受压力
- Good computer application skill, Oracle experience is preferred
良好的计算机操作能力，***熟悉Oracle系统
- Responsible team player

- Good English skills including speaking and writing
