工作职责:
Reports to the Director Business Unit Automotive Asia
? Coordinate the Automotive sales activities in the defined region
o Work with sales on the hot projects and support them to win the orders
o Support the sales in technical solution finding and work therefore close with our engineering, application engineering and automation department.
o Clarifying technical and commercial customer requirements
o Organize the required technical and commercial releases by senior management
? Managing the order processing for the related orders
o manage a project from the RFQ-stage down to a final customized production cell from a technical and commercial point of view
o coordinate the internal processes across all involved departments
o Monitor the progress and set appropriate action in terms of deviations
? others
o Support to introduce new technologies to the market
o Analyze the market requirements and exchange with HQ
o Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.


任职资格:
? Very good technical understanding / knowledge (University degree)
? Knowledge about the injection molding industry and the Automotive industry
? At least five years of working experience within the Chinese / Asian machine manufacturer Industry, preferred plastics processing
(e.g. project management, purchasing, technical sales position, or similar)
? Sales attitude and organizational talent with ownership mentality.
? Fluent in English
? Affinity to work in our modern IT system (SAP, CRM, share point, etc.)
? Team player and motivated to work in close operation with local as well as international colleagues
? Willing to travel occasionally within China and Asia, while based in Shanghai
? Attributes such as commitment, flexibility, good communication skills, diligence, and interest to provide industry specific injection moulding solutions.
