Tasks: 1. lead the planning and implementation of project 2. facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables 3. define project tasks and resource requirements 4. develop full scale project plans 5. assemble and coordinate project staff 6. manage, track and report project budget and used resources 7. manage and coordinate project resource allocation 8. plan and schedule project timelines incl. the interferences between different projects 9. track project deliverables using appropriate tools 10. provide direction and support to project team 11. constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 12. present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 13. implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 14. project evaluations and assessment of results 15. work in international project teams
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master Degree with technical background 2. strong personality with very good management skills 3. personality with high confidentiality 4. critical thinking and problem solving skills 5. at least 5 years experience in a job with technical background 6. very good Mandarin and English skills (German would be a plus) 7. qualification in project management or equivalent 8. good presentation skills, data management and evaluation skills 9. good understanding of technical drawings 10. good PDM and SAP experience and good understanding of BOM’s 11. willingness to travel and overwork if needed 12. very good intercultural skills 13. experience in Process Engineering would be a plus
