Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to support business development adapted to changing market conditions, or cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. 2. Analysis and monitor open Purchase Orders, Stock Status and backlog orders to ensure on time delivery. 3. Monitor and maintain inventory level to ensure rotation and maximize working capital. 4. Works with German headquarter, bounded /normal warehouses, to determine and set up transfers. 5. Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents). 6. Collaborate with Sales, Operation departments to prepare sales forecast and purchasing plan. 7. Collaborate with import agent to organize import and export business. 8. Prepare documents for Finance department on requests. 9. Leading the internal initiative to implement and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction accuracy, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as appropriate. 10. Bachelor’s or above degree, in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience education background; 2. 3+ years of supply chain, logistics and Customs clearance experience; 3. Proficiency in English; 4. Skillful of Microsoft Office especially for Excel. Strong data analysis capability; 5. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges; 6. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; 7. Kingdee ERP experience is preferred; 8.
