? Handle a multitude of complex and diverse product-type categories, including promotional merchandise, POSM, and branded merchandise. ? Successfully drive projects through planning, development, production, delivering and installation phases of the project lifecycle. ? Establish and communicate budgets and work back schedules for each projects. ? Provide clear and timely solution-oriented communication to suppliers and internal team. ? Keep internal teams and suppliers informed at all times and provide answers or solutions to any project/product related questions. ? Ensure that the supplied products are in full compliance with the company's internal standards, the client's specific standards and the applicable laws, norms and regulations. ? Work with ASLs internal QA department to plan and arrange Quality Management Plans. ? Responsible for raising POs to factories before release to manager for approval. ? Working with supervisor to continue developing our supplier base across the region by adding new factories and developing existing portfolio to ensure compliance to full range of client certification requirements. ? Work with the team to ensure the best possible payment terms negotiated with factories ? Gather project requirements and manage all production/sampling aspects on behalf of the client, working with vendors on delivery timetables and maintaining on updated status of assigned projects.
Key Attributes: ? 3-5 years experience of multiple product category sourcing – promotional products a distinct advantage. ? Able to identify problems and escalate with potential solutions where necessary through correct channels to ensure seamless client experience delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs. ? Effective at project task management and communication. ? Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment where managing expectations is critical
