Talent System(s) Management 1 Act as the first point of contact to support in resolving users’ inquiries 2 Act as a super user of talent planning platform and perform when needed 3 Handle massive data entry and accurately process talent data 4 Continuously improve the process of system post go-live support 5 Ensure system daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties
Projects 1 Participate in talent system(s) implementation and optimization projects 2 Prepare necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution 3 Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Education Bachelor’s degree and above
Experience ● At least two years of assistant or specialist experience relevant to the position ● Human Resource customer service or shared service working experience is preferred
Technical Skills and Knowledge 1 Excellent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 2 Proficiency in verbal and written English. 3 Strong interpersonal, oral communication and relationship skills. 4 Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, and able to work under pressure.
