1. JOB SUMMARY
Work as EE engineer leader for EE design development & NPI of Consumer Electronics products.
作为电子设计主管负责消费类电子产品的开发和NPI导入
1. Lead design oversight within the EE R&D group from product requirement definition towards schematic development, component selection, board layout, prototype building, testing and documentation. Responsible to handover projects from development laboratory to factory mass production. Reviews the design regularly with his/her manager as well customers. Actively involved in design oversight and direct the junior colleague in product development.
在RD部门主导电子设计、产品需求分析、原理图设计、元器件选型、PCB板Layout、样机制作、固件开发、功能/性能测试、设计文档编写等工作。负责产品由实验室到工厂量产的全过程；负责与上级经理和客户一起审核电子设计；负责指导初级电子工程师。
2. OEM projects customer technical support during NPI build: As hardware technical support between customer and Hi-P factory for customer designed product PCBA and assembly DFM, trouble shooting and other NPI build support.
在技术上支持工厂OEM项目和NPI导入：作为客户和赫比工厂间的技术沟通窗口，负责对客户所设计的PCBA的DFM、Trouble shooting和其它方面的支持。

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Electrical engineering design for new products/devices
新产品电子设计
？ Feasibility study and concept design
可行性分析，方案设计
？ Detail design，including：requirements analysis，schematic/BOM creation，PCB Layout，Firmware development.
软硬件详细设计，包括：需求分析、原理图/BOM制作、PCB Layout和固件开发。
？ Ensure EE Component selection meet function, performance, cost, reliability, supply chain (AVL, AML) and mass production requirements
选择合适的电子元器件以满足功能、性能、成本、可靠性和量产的要求
？ Ensure proper process method of testing and verification (inhouse or with certification house)
样机功能/性能测试，良好的测试验证思路和测试方法
？ Ensure suppliers meet technical, cost, certification and Hi-P process requirements
保证产品的电子部分满足技术，成本，认证等相关要求
？ Ensure compliance with specification and regulatory requirements (CE,UL, FCC, …)
保证产品满足安规、EMC等相关要求（CE,UL,FCC…）
？ New Product Implementation to support factory for start of the mass production
新产品导入量产
？ Test platform development for R&D laboratory and manufacturing site
协助工厂端开发测试平台
？ Ensure factory fixture fabrication meets design requirements
保证工厂端测试平台满足设计要求
？ Competitor electro-mechanic device analysis of product characteristics
