Decision-making power: -All customer related commercial decisions -Problem solving in customer side -Cross function decision in line with global process/functionalities
Success criteria: PIPELINE/SOP in KCNY, number to be reviewed and agreed with AM Quoted/hit rate target to be reviewed and agreed with AM Past due collection
Work Experience Requirements - 5 years+ in sales function in automotive industry (industrial experiences preferred but not a must) in WOFE, be good at working in a global environment -Experiences in fuel line/turbo charger/HVAC/Fluid Handling is a huge plus! -Strong business sense with strategic thinking and understanding -Solid experiences/evidences for new customer penetration and business development from A-Z -Self-driven, target driven, result driven -Structure and organized mindset with strong and fast learning capabilities -Easy to work with, good inter-personal skills and a good LISTENER -Can handle frequent travel across but not limited within China. -oversea visit needed -Tier1/OEM connection in ZF/VALEO and big EU/US system suppliers is a plus, connection in Japanese/Korean supply system from Toyota/Honda/Nissan is a super plus.
Education Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in engineering understanding for 2-D drawing -Understand automotive engineering/applications especially in PT/HVAC/FUEL LINE/Turbo charger/EV architecture
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge: -Automotive engineering -General terms and condition-commercial -General terms and condition – supply chain management -Understanding of Turbo charger is a plus -Understanding of HVAC is a plus -Understanding of fluid handling is a plus
