Main responsibility: 1. Maintain Sales Order in Axapta system; 2. Receive SO, follow up and make sure orders will be ship out on time; 3. Communicate with customer and internal department to solve the reference orders issues; 4. Assist shipping team arrange the shipment, make sure the good can be arrived at customers’ site smoothly; 5. Send weekly report to Business Unit 6. Accurate order management and analysis; 7. Follow up orders status timely and delivery follow up; 8. Keep factory OFR.
Job requirement: 1. Junior College or above 2. Familiar with work in ERP system (AR module) 3. More than 3 years relative order handling and follow up experiences. 4.Good on English reading; writing and speaking
