? Maximize the amount of contacts with customers, negotiate with potential clients especially among the major HD market dealers and dealership groups in China. ? Tracking and supervise the sales process in order to improve the sales performance continuously ? Develop new customers in China market, maintain relationship with old customers and develop new program. ? Manage accurate monthly sales forecast and planning , improve profitability of domestics business market. ? Develop the organization, build the sales team, provide training course to develop sales engineer’s skill and ability.
Job Requirements: ? 5 years working experience as OEM’s regional manager or line managers in the auto retail sector ? Sales experience in Auto Engineer, especially in Heavy Duty is plus. ? Sales experience for Air Filter is better. ? Good English Skill, under pressure, good communication
