Job Responsibilities:
? Provide back-up service to Sales and customers. ? Handle Sales order processing including quotations, customer queries, internal coordination, order fulfillment, delivery arrangement, AR follow up, customer compliant and etc. ? Customer relationship maintenance including communication via phone, email. Gain knowledge of account requirement and serve customer based upon requests to find customer needs and resolve issues. ? MCP follow up to contribute revenue/booking. ? Handle technique inquiry from customers thru UC training.
Job Qualification:
? Bachelor degree background and around 2-4 years experience in customer service and trading business. ? Good spoken and written English, PC skill. ? SAP skill is a plus ? High reliability and highly efficiency. ? Proactive working attitude. ? Strong communication ability.
